Our stay at Caybeach Sun Hotel was quite a rollercoaster. The rooms were spacious and clean, which was a nice relief, but the dining experience left a lot to be desired with mostly inedible food options. The service from staff was hit or miss, and while some were friendly, we often felt abandoned. It's a family-oriented resort with good pools, but overall, I wouldn’t recommend it based on our experience.
